The return process itself was okay and easy to get through, but the refund took longer than I expected. i kind of blame their support/refund team for not keeping things moving or at least giving me a clearer update. Not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating.

Pretty good for the price! The quality is decent, it fits well, and overall I’m happy with it. Delivery took a little longer than I expected, but I’d still buy it again :)

I ordered a hoodie and a pair of joggers, they’re both really nice. The material feels thick and durable without being too heavy, and they’re still super comfortable to wear. I’ve washed them a few times now and the fit hasn’t changed, which is always a good sign. Overall, I’m impressed and would definitely buy again.

The designs are super clean and totally fit my vibe. They look great on too, which is always a win.

Not super tight, not hanging off me either. They’re comfy enough and look good on, so I’d probably order again.

I got the usual updates once my order had been sent out, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was or having to chase anything up. It arrived on the exact day they said it would, which I really appreciated because that doesn’t always happen with online orders. The packaging was perfectly fine too, everything was packed properly and nothing turned up damaged or looking like it had been thrown around. Overall, it was just an easy, reliable experience from start to finish, and I’d be happy to order from them again

These are comfy enough for everyday use, but for me they’re not quite amazing. The overall feel is fine, and I can wear them without much issue, but I did notice the waistband rubs a bit sometimes. It’s not a dealbreaker, just something I personally found a little annoying after a while.

I expected the issue to be handled a bit quicker, but they did get back to me after a couple of days and sorted everything out. I had to follow up twice, which was a little frustrating, but in the end it was resolved. Not terrible customer service, just slower than I would’ve liked

I’ve had my gym set from The Gym King for a few months now, and I’m a bit confused how it still looks this good after so many washes. No loose seams, no weird fading, nothing falling apart so far. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m happy with it

The delivery got here faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I was kind of planning my whole afternoon around waiting for it, then it just showed up early. Not that I’m complaining, gave me time to make coffee and get distracted by other stuff. No real issues with anything, everything was fine.

Ordered from this company and the parcel arrived with a pair of shorts missing. I contacted them via email as they have no phone number (absolute joke) they took 5 days to respond and mentioned they need to look at their CCTV (£20 pair of shorts) i then have chased 4 times over the next 2 weeks and sent messages to their facebook page and have been completly blanked by them. I wasnt even asking for a refund, was just asking for them to send me the shorts for what i have paid for and they have failed to dispatch. Honostly, when a company doesnt have a contact number it rings alarm bells. And the 1 method of communication they have (email) they completley ignore you. Avoid these and shop elsewhere as they are unprofessional and just want your money!
